FTC Changes Location of Premerger Notification Office

On April 25, 2014, the FTC announced that it had relocated its Premerger Notification Office (“PNO”) to 400 South 7 Street, SW, from its old location at the corner of 7th and D Streets SW in Washington D.C.

The New Address, which goes into effect on April 28, 2014, is:

Premerger Notification Office Federal Trade Commission, Room 5301 400 South 7th St., S.W. Washington, DC 20024

The Department of Justice’s Premerger Notification Office remains the same:

Director of Civil Enforcement Office of Operations, Antitrust Division U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Room #3335 Washington, DC 20530

According to the FTC, “Premerger documents can be submitted to both offices during normal business hours either by hand, or by certified or registered mail.”
